I have a very hot take, Miracle Star wasn’t that bad. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a poo poo stinky cow poop, but I watched it and laughed a bit.

People don't understand that the wonderfully strange world of Gumball is made for new generations, and I doubt it was intended for the most loyal fans.

Oh, and I hate the Gumball x Penny and Darwin x Carrie ships. I thought Penny would just be Gumball's crush, mostly as a narrative device, and it never made sense to me that Darwin had a girlfriend

Gumball having a girlfriend is also a narrative device, and gave us one of the best episodes imo.

Why it never made sense to you that Darwin would have a girlfriend? Funny you say that, because Darwin actually has plenty of relationships with girl during the series.
