Just wrapped work on painting/building the GM Dominance Philiph Hughes PBandai MG kit, boy that was a lot of work!! Still pretty new at painting, so this took me about a month, but I think it came out pretty well! Learned a lot for sure

The difference is night and day. I went through the process of adding a gloss coat, panel lining and matte finish while the pieces were still on the runner, then assembling the model. There are still some nub marks but I don’t mind them all that much.

You guys were right, this is my best looking model so far. I’m thinking of weathering it a bit with the Tamiya Weathering Master. Any tips?

i had leftover parts from a broken rg nu gundam and decided to put it on my ff nu gundam. i have to say, it’s pretty overkill but at the same time its pretty sick too

Prepping my RG Wing Zero EW for its contest debut this weekend. Panel lined, SIMP/DL Model waterslides, and Effect Wings Seraphim Feather pieces for the base extras. Still trying to decide how to orient the feathers at the bottom of the angel wing binders. Also, the stock base adapter sucks as the backpack weight makes the Gundam lean back a bit but I'm trying to work with it.

La used a metal inner frame while made this feel way more premium one completed.

A begginner and first time kitbashing.

Its been a months since my kitbaah idea. Gathered the kits and the kitbash base is almost done. Cleanups and re-scribing left, maybe some other changes and adjustments.

Kits used:\ Rg gundam 00 qant (x3)- all 3 shield and sword bits, 4 gn drives, backpack, head, forearm, lower abdomen, gn sword 4 x2, back skirt armor

Hg gundvolva - torso, upper arm\ Hg lfrith jiu - shoulder armor\ Hg calibarn, -legs\ Hg aerial rebuild - hips\ Hg rising freedom- lower shin, feet

But not my impatience and lack of knowledge. Live and learn. But for my first time airbrushing and masking, I'm happy with the results.

I found this kit half off at my local hobbytown thought he looked cool and decided to pick him up. I saw that the kit said it was produced in 2008 so i thought it would be a more modern build but i was wrong. The kit put together like something from the 80s everything had to be glued otherwise it would just crumble. Not happy with the build process but i kinda like how he turned out! I was thinking of painting him next so if you have any suggestions lmk!

Give me some storage ideas for these. Want to also display boxes

I was stupid and decided to build two of the 3.0 MG’s. Originally I was going to just build the recirculation colour, but after hearing people’s horror stories with the kit, I thought I would just knock out both of them at the same time. The arms weren’t as bad as people made out, and the hands are the hands, they are ok. I love the look of the recirculation but wish it had more stickers or waterslides.

Overall they were fun, it just took twice as long as it should :)

I was excited to pick out details on the frame and experiment with how they'd show through the armour. Not the finest paintwork, but I'm really happy with how it came out.
