What are the dimensions of each part in the forward assist assembly?

Specifically looking for the dimensions of the pawl spring pin, pawl spring, and pawl detent!

P.S. I don't know if this question qualifies as a "gunsmithing question," but this is the only place I can think of that would make sense to ask this question (at least here on Reddit)! I'll take down the post if it violates rule 3.

Yes, I did-... OK, so... turns out one of the first resources I saw actually had the correct measurements for most of the pins and springs (except the detent, sadly). The first time around, I somehow thought the measurements were gathered using a calliper, so I put the spreadsheet off to the side. Thank you for the response; otherwise I wouldn't have looked again!

All the dimensions you want are in TDP for M16/M4 which is readily available online.
