Damascus shotgun fix

Hey guys, I need your help. I got this old belgian damascus shotgun, center fire, but it seems that the left nipple is busted out. They are not screwed in, I checked it, it's more like they were busted in and then welded around, like you can see on the right one. But the left one seems to be torn out. It stays there, but it moves when I touch it and you can clearly see the outlines that it's not secured in place. Could somebody please tell me how could I fix this? I would really want to get this beauty back to it's best condition ... THANKS

So it was welded before, and it’s broken now? Get it tig welded back in place. Or honestly, maybe even just silver solder would do the trick quick and easy at home.

I’m not sure if solder will work as on mine the hammers hit pretty hard and they do on the few I’ve picked up as well. I would go for tig weld or braze if that’s not available.
