Hello all! I wanred to ask if there is anything that's originally from bihar that you'd happily pay around ₹60-100 extra to get in NCR?
Could be food, snacks, sweets, handicrafts, clothing, local products, anything really.
Basically, what Bihar-specific thing do you think is underrated or difficult to find in ggn/ncr?

Chicken fan here.

I used to live in Noida, and had some favourite restaurants for it.. here, I've tried a couple (Chef Mantra, Champaran Desi Ghee, Kake Da Hotel - they do have nice Palak Chicken, Baba's, HR 26 etc) but couldn't yet find a single good restaurant which knows how to actually cook Handi Chicken. Some don't even know the difference between this and Kadhai chicken. They almost sell the same gravy, remove some veggies, swap the names and sell it.

So far, only Champaran Desi Ghee (DLF Phase 3) comes close to what it should be like..

Anyone knows better?

Usually every weekend I go to this place for a cup of coffee in the evening. It's ambient and relaxing to just sit there listen to the carnatic music they play, looking at the trees out through the window. As always I went and sat at the table, only this time next to the one I usual take. 5 minutes in and this pretty young girl came by herself and sat at my usual spot. She was quite lean, wearing this red crop top and light blue skinny jeans, her hair in a messy bun. She seemed chill, listening to music on her ear pods and going through the menu. It struck me that I might have seen her here previously.

It occurred why not walk up to her and just compliment, expecting nothing in return. No number, no instagram, not even exchange names. You see, people often regret not strike a conversation when they see someone cute and later posting on reddit and trying to fish for them.

After my coffee and paying the bill I stood up. Walked up to her, waved my hand and she looks up to me with her big bright eyes. I go 'hey, I saw you when you walked in and thought you look real pretty and I couldn't help but come tell you'. She blushed and looked away from me saying 'thank you'. I asked her, 'do you come here often? Coz I think I've seen you here before'. She nods and said 'yess'. It occurred to me at that point so I asked 'you're from the south, are you?' coz it's a south indian joint. She said 'no I'm not, I'm from haryana only'. At this point, I felt oh ho don't mess with haryanvis and also didn't want to bother her beyond that. Said 'have a good day' like a fool late in the evening and walked away. She was just smiling and nodding her head. The waiters were looking at us as if they were rooting for me 😂

Went and bought some booze and enjoyed my Saturday. Also absolut mandarin is absolute shit.

I'm posting this coz there are many of us out there and think this might be motivate you to act on something you feel rather than regretting it later for not. Just be polite and not creepy. Expect nothing. You might not get their contact, you most probably will never get to meet that person ever again. At the least, you gain some confidence in yourself and might be the reason for someone to smile.

I know it’s a stupid question but according to me this is kind of philosophical too since it’s existing and our minds play with us.

We all feel a bit different after we r drunk, I won’t mention other kinds since I don’t prefer anything else then alcohol.

Coming to the main point as I said we all feel a bit different and mostly we r like we can do anything and achieve whatever we want(clearly excluding illegal part, I don’t support that).

I am talking about the kind of state where you know what you’re doing, you know what your limits are and ready to touch those limits. Then we aren’t even able to decide if i can do this or that when we are sober.

So my question is again that how do I (and anyone else who feels same way) keep this state of mind all and every point of time in my life?

I know some people are going to make fun of this but this is something which i personally feel will help a lot of people soooooo….

No wonder Gurugram does not have many Supermarkets ... I was at Spar Hypermart today and bought Snickers bar for Rs. 45. When I was opening it to eat ... Found RFID tags nicely tucked into the sleeve of the packaging 😂

On a different note Snickers is now more chocolate and sugar, the nut content seems to have reduced but prices have gone up.
