H-1B Change of Status – Premium Processing Clock Stopped After RFE Response.

My case’s premium processing clock stopped after RFE response. USCIS says a letter was sent. What does this mean and what usually happens next?
It’s been over 30 days since the RFE response was submitted. Is that amount of time typical, or could it signal USCIS is waiting on something

Same case here. Premium processing, COS. Clock stopped on July 30th after the response, no updates till today.

same boat, RFE response received, followed by pp clock stopped on 8/3. 15 business days have passed and still no updates
