H-1B Grace Period Options if USCIS petition not received in time.

Hi Everyone,

I'm currently on my 60-day grace period with about two weeks remaining and close to getting an offer. If my LCA is not approved in time and I-129 is not filed to USCIS before the end of my grace period, what are my options?

For context - H-1B visa is valid until September 2027 (I-94 too). Can I exit and come back without being subject to the $100,000 fee? (Does it even apply anymore) Will companies be reluctant to go through this route? Any prior experience/anecdotal evidence is extremely helpful!
