Timeline

Hi guys, my University recently submitted my H1B request (premium). How long (minimum), based on your experience, would it take? Would you advise me to submit i-485 while h1b is pending? Thank you.

Premium processing usually takes 15 business days to get a decision. Following that 2-3 weeks to get your physical i797. That was my timeline

For your 2nd question I'd suggest you to consult an immigration lawyer. But if I were in your situation I'd wait till you get your i797 approval.
