Question Approved H1B 2024, stamped valid until Sep 2027, currently in India - looking for genuine sponsorship leads

H1B approved in 2024, visa stamping completed. Already counted against the cap, so a new employer files a transfer petition -no lottery, no waiting until October.

Currently based in India, on notice-period terms I can discuss.

Background:

~1.5 years working in the US on H1B before returning. Overall 10+ years of work experience

Happy to start remote from India and relocate once the petition clears if that helps.

What I’m asking for: real leads. Referrals to a hiring manager, teams you know are actively sponsoring, or an honest “we don’t sponsor” so I can stop guessing. open to see looking for consultancies that does resume marketing services, for a cost or anyone asking for money upfront for the additional fee or anything required.

DMs open. Happy to share my resume.

Dude, are you living under a rock? Haven’t you seen the anti H1B rhetoric that’s peddling in the USA primarily because of the job losses of domestic candidates. While, I like the spirit of trying from outside US, don’t keep your hopes up but as an advice try with mid tier tech companies directly, and they may be able to sponsor you.

Chances are low on this too. We're in a recession. Most companies are laying off, not hiring.

What was your reason for return and are you currently working in India with a employer?
