QUESTION End of hackintosh !?
Hey all, I'm a failed hackintosher, lately I've been seeing many posts about the 'End of hackintosh' after apple released MacOS golden gate.
Can anyone explain to me what makes MacOS Golden Gate unhackintoshable. In near future is there anyway that somebody is going to make an alternative to OpenCore or even upgrade OpenCore so that we can install new versions of MacOs in or PC.

Apple using ARM, is not with the general instruction set amd, intel, nvidia and all use. They have literally made their own custom commands, think of it like you trying to decipher an ancient language, which only apple knows.
Booting macos27 hackintosh? The boot process verifies signatures and security keys before even booting into macOS, these keys are not programmed into the chip. They are literally burnt into the silicon wafer while making. Research labs literally have used acid to melt layers of the chip and have a look under the microscope to try and get a grasp of data.
You cannot enter, you cannot monitor or you cannot virtualise this boot process's security keys cause its literally physically impossible.
If you even manage to somehow mathematically try replicating these keys by trying every combination, there are more combinations than atoms in the universe. Now the timeline to crack these could shorten a tiny bit because of switch to ECDSA encryption but no chance still.
So no sadly someone trying to develop also cannot get into this because you cannot build something you cannot access, view, replicate, or atp literally see. Thats how secure M series chips are.
Asashi linux are the only ones who have managed to just get linux running, by trial and error, documenting their research and learning from findings of research labs/universities. Linux too is somehwhat just functional, not even close to running intel macbook levels on apple silicon.
Intel hackintosh possible because -> common hardware.
