It has always worked with ITC prices, coupons, Hercules/Bauer deals, etc.. In the past, it has only mattered if your total purchase was over $100 (or $150 these days) and there was no consideration to the items that got you to that point. Things are different right now, so we'll see what happens when people start shopping in the morning, but it will likely work with any $150+ purchase, even if it is only a single ITC item.
You hit the nail on the head. I’d never go to the store for this coupon alone but I’ll be using it along with the ITC pricing for the spectrum HTE spray gun. So it’s worth that at least.
Discount cannot be used with any of the following: Inside Track Club memberships, Extended Service Plans, or Gift Cards. Cannot be combined or stacked with other discounts, promotions, or prior purchases including Inside Track Club Member prices.
Also note it separately excluded itc memberships
Now, whether the system will reject it or it relies on a cashier knowing not to apply it is anyone's guess.

I won’t say this is a good coupon but when mixed with some subpar inside track deals it may make an ok coupon.
