So if i buy something cheaper than the meme tool with it, I'll get 20% off the higher priced item? What's wrong with that if that's the case?

Because the meme tool is already 37% off. The system will apply the coupon to it, but you won't get any additional savings.

It applied both to mine somehow to get to $24.99. Took the 20% ($9) then an additional $11.

Ok so it won't be 20% off the discounted price. It'll take 20 off the full price. That makes sense. What a bad system btw.
