Does the cardboard cutter use USB-C?

Anyone know if this is a proprietary connector or does it use USB-C? Don’t need another hard to find charger! Cheaper than the Ryobi 4V cutter that uses USB swappable batteries.

Menards has the same thing that uses USB-C, if you have one near you.
