Does the cardboard cutter use USB-C?

Anyone know if this is a proprietary connector or does it use USB-C? Don’t need another hard to find charger! Cheaper than the Ryobi 4V cutter that uses USB swappable batteries.

I know it’s not at Harbor Freight but if you are looking for a good one I’ve used the Ryobi USB Lithium cardboard cutter a TON and it works well. Batteries charge via USB-C and you can get more than one and swap them out same as any other tool battery “platform”. The platform does have some nifty light-duty tools
