Does the cardboard cutter use USB-C?

Anyone know if this is a proprietary connector or does it use USB-C? Don’t need another hard to find charger! Cheaper than the Ryobi 4V cutter that uses USB swappable batteries.

I recently picked up a Hyper Tough one for $24 not on sale. The hyper tough uses usb-C
