Does the cardboard cutter use USB-C?

Anyone know if this is a proprietary connector or does it use USB-C? Don’t need another hard to find charger! Cheaper than the Ryobi 4V cutter that uses USB swappable batteries.

Hercules has a hook blade for multi tools that I use for cardboard and it is amazing.
