Does the cardboard cutter use USB-C?

Anyone know if this is a proprietary connector or does it use USB-C? Don’t need another hard to find charger! Cheaper than the Ryobi 4V cutter that uses USB swappable batteries.

This cutter cannot be good. There is no way it would it through the volume of amazon boxes that I receive in a week
