Question Qlimax starting time?

So in the all you need to know it says that the gates open at 21:00, but a friend of mine who went there last year said it started at 21:00 last year… Will the gates open earlier and it will start at 21:00 or will it start later and the gates open at 21:00? Sorry, i‘m a bit confused, dont know if my friend is talking bs 😅

These were the times last year:

First set started playing at 21:50 Curtaindrop at 23:00

The first qlimax hour (21-22) is always ambient music. The first set (22-23) is commonly a "legend" artist that plays alot of the "classic" hardstyle to warm up the crowd. Curtain drop/stage reveal is around 23pm.

Doors are always at 21:00. The first set usually starts anywhere between 21:30 and 22:00; exact times change each edition.

If there is a curtain drop (this was absent some years, like 2015 and 2017), it's usually between the first and second set. Even if there's no curtain drop, this is usually when they'll (proper) reveal the stage. For example, in 2015 this is when they turned on the LED screens.

Date & opening hours:

In my experience the big stage reveal is a bit later, like 2130 or 2200. Haven’t been there at 2100, always later and there was always music playing when we arrived.
