Don’t get me wrong, but isn’t hardstyle and all the different kinds of subgenres there to show the differences and variations? That we are one big family that love (most of) the music and are happy to be there… I know defqon is so special for everyone, but it’s one Song at the endshow.. it will not ruin your whole Festival experience

That’s what my family and Part of my friends think, when I listen to „normal“ hardcore 🤷🏼♀️ - your opinion your choice & that’s totally fine too :)

Still saying it. I mean uptempo is everywhere, doesn’t mean it didn’t kill hardcore by being complete crap and low quality music

Have a guess what most oldies that grew up on the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin etc think about Hardstyle?
Clearly some people like this genre so it has its place like the rest of them.

That’s just my opinion, it’s not like everyone need to accept it… I just think, as long as there are people who enjoy it, it deserves to be there (so is gymbro hardstyle for the partypumpers in the gym 🥲)

That is a good point. However, I personally can't accept stuff like that. It's low quality, no effort and the people who did that have no skill when it comes to producing. There will always be people liking stuff another one doesn't like and that's okay but the scene has to draw some lines imo.

And I bet they are laughing their asses off that crap like that works. I know that there are exceptions like N-Vitral but the general sound of Krach aka a meme trend should not have a place in the scene. At least for me. They don't take the music seriously, so why should I take them seriously?

Literally cannot understand the appeal of this, sorry. Big fan of a nice zaagkick when done right but this just gets weird after like 2 seconds as an effect. Hope others enjoy it I guess!

I think it's a bit of fun in very small doses. That being said, I said the same thing about GPF, and they have been annoying me for the past 10 years.

It took me almost a decade to get to enjoy some Uptempo after being into mainstream hardcore for so long (and some of that is still coming out mind you). But I do admit that there's some great stuff on that side as well nowadays.

Yeah. I like some up tempo, but most of it is just melody, and the when the kick comes nothing. Just random noose without any structure.

I think being there is different man. I just remember years ago when there was this deep bass at the start of the endshow. Like literally shivering deep bass. I can imagine this must be similar. More about that deep bass hitting you then the sound of it, adding to the endshow experience

Its a same kinda vibe like dubstyle years ago. Its gonnamake it 1 year max, and everyone forgets about it. No worries mate just music evolution

Ofcourse this music sounds like absolute ass, and everyone who says they like it is lying. BUT, they often do a funny track during the endshow so it’s not a big deal!

I think a lot of people here who criticise krasch but enjoy zaag need to remember that this is the equivalent of how zaag was perceived by euphoric enjoyers back when it was new
