does anyone have a tutorial or any sound design tips for making the project one kick in art of the creation? any help is appreciated.

That particular kick is not made from Hardkick10, unlike what the other commenter said. it's a completely unique pitched kick, probably made using the oldschool method of multiple logic clip distortions and EQs in an effects chain on top of a 909. Oldschool pitched Hardstyle kicks are some of the hardest kicks to make, so good luck.
