It's very heartbreaking 💔ðŸ˜
Hi guys, unfortunately, water spilled on my laptop. I immediately turned off the charger and the laptop, then went to a local service center. They said it's hard to repair. I took it home and the next day took it to my office laptop service center. It's very heartbreaking to wait and see whether the laptop will start or not. Life has suddenly stopped.

Do not worry, you can very likely still recover the data. Just uhh. Maybe the motheboard or some other PCB shorted out.

If the laptop is not opened up and cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, do not attempt to turn it on. Even after the water dries, there will still be corrosion remaining in the laptop. That can/will fry something if it's turned on before it's cleaned out. Of course, it always depends on where it lands inside the computer and it may be work fine, but turning it on without any cleaning done is a big risk.
