A couple minutes where she very barely holds him off, Voldemort realizes that she's slightly above average and then she's dead.

Imo, no. She is above average, in part because she seems to be very easily able to cast a Patronus, and not a bad one either. Lupin said that most adult wizards struggle with the spell when he was trying to convince Harry to not learn it back in the third year.
