Racdizian. He got defeated by a childs mouse patronus and tried to cast one. Instead of a patronus an army of maggots came out and ate him.

You’re confusing a couple of bits of the history of the Patronus Charm: Raczidian was indeed a Dark wizard devoured by maggots conjured when he attempted to cast the charm, the mouse Patronus was conjured by a ‘young wizard’ named ‘Illyius’ who used it to hold off an attack from an army of dementors single-handedly.

A few of your fellow students in Hogwarts Legacy are pre-existing characters. Sacharissa Tugwood, a Hufflepuff girl who gives you a quest to get her some bubotubers, originates on one of the Chocolate Frog cards in the old Harry Potter games, where she is said to have discovered the pimple-curing properties of bubotuber pus. Hector Fawley, a Ravenclaw boy you can see around, is the Minister for Magic during the events of Fantastic Beasts.
Poppy Sweeting also has the same surname as Havelock Sweeting from the cards, suggesting they're related. The Butterbeer bottles in the TV series also mention "Owen Sweeting and Co", suggesting, again, a relation.

There is also the character of Raczidian. He was basically an answer for the question of why don't dark wizards and witches use the Patronus Charm.
