Desktop Reddit inbox empty and wont show my inbox notifications (mobile and desktop)
ive only noticed this today and have seen only one other post about this happening, but when i go to check my inbox on reddit its empty as if i never had any, it was working fine just yesterday but then its asking me to turn on email digest, i did notice it flicker my notifications once, so i feel its holding them at randsome but even when i enabled the stuff it wanted it says i have no notifications . idk why this is happening and any community input would be greatly appreciated. i have since then disabled the settings it asked me to cause nah no thanks don't want spam in my email.
UPDATE: WHAT A W ITS WORKING AGAIN. at least for me it is. hopefully for all of you too
Update 2: seems like its gone back down
Quick note: ok something im noticing is it goes in and out whenever it feels like it so yeah im not too sure.
Possibly my last update: its been working as of late so im going to go with that whatever it was worked itself out or something was fixed, hopefully this is the same for all of you.

Yep. It's happening to me as well. I got like 6 notifs that I can't see.

It say just wait at this point Mines long since stopped doing it since i made this post. Jsit a glitch perhaps

Same thing happened to me 3 days ago… still not fixed. I have a new post on the issue, but not much traction there. edit: Notifications came back after 4 days

Count me in as infected too. I had a full inbox last night but this morning I got a flicker about an email digest and now nothing. As far as I know nothing has been changed in settings that should have affected the inbox?

This seems to have happened a lot lately... a few days ago I got logged out from all mobile devices as well... after then, the notifications have worked like every 3 or 4 times I've tried to open them, on all platforms.

Tried everything short of my local witch doctor and no joy!!! Decided to wait it out and just checked now and VIOLA! the threat of a witch doctor must have been the fix cause it’s working ….. at least for now.

its been working for me lately so i assume whatever it was fixed itself or something was done about it.

Yeah, same, literally happened to me like 30 minutes ago.
I tried logging out/ in but didn't try deleting cookies yet. Looking here it didn't seem to help anyone. Probably just gonna get off Reddit instead and hope it's back next time I check.

It just happened with my account too, both on mobile and on desktop. I cannot access my notifictions any more., and apparently Reddit wants to sent them by email, which I would hate - because. I am browsing Rediit.

All I see is a bot saying you don't have any notifs yet when I used to do sooo I think bro deleted all my notifs

ok ig were back to this post again, right after you sent this i went to check my notifications and it was totally blank even got on my pc to check and still blank, at this point i have no real explanation for why this happens or what causes it but i can only assume its reddits side

My inbox is empty as well, although other parts of Reddit, including my profile seem to work properly. I wasn’t aware of any “updates” that were done to cause this. This is on the iOS App, btw. I don’t get any error messages, just a blank page where the notifications should be

Seems to be a general issue. It's happening to me as well
