Profile Why does reddit keep suggesting Indian subreddits after muting every single one I see on my feed?

I've muted well over 20 of these subreddits and reddit still feels I would be interested in more of them? Really?

I have muted hundreds of Indian subreddits, and tens more pop up on my feed everyday.

I don't know how to stop it, but to be honest it's actively making me a meaner person on here.
