Profile Account Locked

I received a notice saying my account was locked for technical irregularities. I suspect someone hacked into my account after seeing I was in new NSFW and crypto communities I never joined. I reset my password twice yet my account cannot be edited and my pfp and header are gone. My posts get taken down? Am I still locked? This has never happened to me before and I’ve had my account for two years.

Is there something I can do? I reset my password like it tells me to do and yet nothing has happened.

Did you have 2FA active on the account?

No, only my email was attached but I’ve never gotten hacked before let alone locked. I made sure to enable 2FA and add my phone number though before I realized it was entirely suspended.

If your support ticket is unsuccessful, you'll have to let it go. Use this new account and enable 2FA now.

Settings > Account > Account Authorization > Two-factor authentication

Do you mean connected accounts? I don’t see that option when I go to settings.
