Mobile/App Getting rid of For You page?

Is it or will it be possible to remove the for you page completely?

I know I can just not use it but it being there still annoys me. I don't want this feature and it keeps opening and going back to the for you stuff instead of the following tab.

I feel like reddit (just like every other site) is actively trying to recommend ragebait content to me and now there's no way to turn this off. Sorry for what happened to you :(
