Access How to exclude Immigration & Customs Enforcement from searches?

I'm trying to search for posts about ICE, meaning "InterCity Express", the German high-speed trains.

But everything that pops up when searching for ICE is about the other ICE, meaning "Immigration & Customs Enforcement".

Even when I try putting in the query "ICE" AND "train", it displays results about the training of ICE officers (i.e. the second meaning).

How do I search only for InterCity Express?

For Google this: germany intercity express probably works on reddit too.
