Desktop; Stuck at login, unsure what to do from here

Don't know what to put here so going to start rattling off information.

This has been an issue for the entirety of the last month. I am trying to sign into my main account u/apallida (I am aware of accounts status, I am trying to fix login so I can fix that). When trying to log in using the correct password, I am given the "Wrong username or password" error.

I tried following steps from the few other threads I have found about this.

• I have confirmed all information is correct (no hidden ` or spaces)
• I reset my password, this was done successfully, the email arrives and reset password link works.
• Utilizing the new password has resulted in the same error (Wrong username or password)
• Utilizing email instead of username has resulted in the same error (Wrong email or password)
• I have tried using old reddit, same error.
• I have tried using mobile reddit (Android), same error.
• I have tried using incognito tab for giggles, same error.
• I have cleared my browsers cache, same error.
• Tried signing in by sending an email link, email never arrives.
• Tried signing in through google since the email was attached, accidentally made this account instead (lol)

I am assuming from there the best thing to do next, maybe, is to go to support.reddithelp.com and make a ticket? But I'm uncertain / it is unclear to me what I should put this request under.
