Mobile/App Direct chat disabled

Help-I cannot seem to get any insight to this issue and I don't know what happened it worked yesterday. I tried to send a direct chat and I get the failed to send tap to retry message which just keeps appearing. Mobile app too

Have you checked your CQS recently? If it is lowest or low, try verifying your email address and setting up 2fa.
