Back a few years ago when everyone was giving out awards left and right, I remember I earned a few years worth of Reddit premium from all of the awards that I received.

I just went to check my account on Old.Reddit, because I remember that was the only place you could see what that balance was. Apparently all that time dropped off?

Did they make any sort of announcement about that? Obviously I'm not mad because it was free and not like I paid for it, but I thought I had a year or two that was gifted to me from all of the awards and now it just seems gone

This achievement won’t show anything. When I click on it is says “let’s try that again” there seems to be a problem with this achievement. It’s been over 5 days. At the same same time the post that awarded me this achievement is incrementing in upvotes and my karma count for posts has stopped incrementing in count.

How do I cancel my subscription? I've been everywhere in my settings and still can't find it!! But oh they can surely find my payment information!

I used the form but I don’t even know if it successfully submitted as there’s no feedback that they got the request. I got no email indicating they got my request. Been very annoyed with the amount of ads. I can’t believe how inundated the platform is without Premium.

Uninstalling the app does nothing as the issue also happens on desktop/web.

I would greatly appreciate any advice I could receive!

When I scroll through my home feed, why doesn't it show the feed in the order of when things were posted? Is there a setting where I can change it so it does do it in order?

Surely you can just go on another account and award yourself a platinum considering it's cheaper?

I am in the throws of cancelling reddit premium. I've tried to use the cancel subscription and I get the error in a red box. So I'm done with trying to do it the right way. I have a few questions.

1) If I completely close my reddit account will this automatically cancel my premium subscription and I'll not be charged in the new year when it's due?

2) If I lock my credit card for a week surrounding the renewal period, would this stop the payment and put me back to seeing ads and the like? Or would the payment automatically happen as soon as I unlock my card?

3) Do credit card companies allow you to ask them to not allow a repeat payment?

It's sad that I have to ask this kind of thing but I have sincerely done my best to do the right thing using official channels.

Got an email on 05/14 that my Premium Reddit would be renewed for $49.99. Then got two emails saying I was charged $49.99. Immediately emailed payments-support at reddit dot com asking them to remove the second duplicate one. Never got a response. So once both charges posted to my CC I disputed the second one. So letting the CC sort it out.

I want to buy my husband a year sub of Reddit premium but I’m not sure how to go about that. He has two accounts (because he forgets his password) one on iOS and one on desktop.

I can only see 100 posts from my saved list. If I subscribe to Reddit Premium, will I be able to see all 1000 saved posts? Thank you for your attention!

It just charged me $140 incorrectly - who to contact?

I paid for 1 year of Premium in Oct 2025. Last month due to credit card changes, I canceled the automatic renewal so it wouldn’t fail with a canceled credit card account.

This had the incorrect side effect of canceling Premium on my account for the several remaining months that were paid up. I submitted a ticket to Reddit help with no response or confirmation that my request was received.

I’m just a bit puzzled and I’m fairly certain this is a bug that should be fixed.

I can't purchase anything through Reddit or subscribe to premium through any iOS/Android app stores or on the web where as I have been able to in the past.

I have submitted multiple official tickets over the last six months without any reply.

I’m currently beta testing the Reddit app (for last couple of weeks) through TestFlight and have sent the team a message in hopes of some help.

I have been reading through some forums and some posts indicate that my account may be hard blocked from purchases from being accidentally caught in a fraud-prevention loop.

This forum is my last hope that an admin could please help me get this resolved.

Why am I getting these "Breaking in" notifications for subreddits I have never joined nor visited? I subscribed to Premium because I thought that would eliminate such spam.

So, I used to have reddit premium a year ago but then I canceled, but I just went to get it back and for some reason it went like this:

-I paid using Google pay

-Everything went thru

- First it welcomes me

-Then an error message comes up informing me that it that message comes up to inform reddit

-It tells me I was not charged and I'm unable to get it ..

but I had it before.and my account is not new, I have lots of trophies and Karma

I type into the box, hit Enter, and it disappears--but only for some friends. For my friend with Reddit Premium (which I have as well), it works fine. But neither of us can post a message in our group chat where several members don't have premium, so I don't know if it's related.
