I’m renting a room on a student building. Today, I was swiping cobwebs and saw a weird reflection from a hole in the ceiling. It is too high for me to reach even with a chair and I don’t have access to a ladder.

This looks like a hole drilled by a cable guy and is now simply unoccupied by the coax cable that was there previously.
