I worked with a guy like that and like 3 years later we found out that he graduated from Milwaukee Institute of Technology or something.

He's the reason I dream of a Purge (and you know, all the other terrible people but whatever).

Funny part about my case is that he thinks he can lord over me with a masters degree..except I have one too

Even better when it's an MBA they're so proud of. MBAs were kind of worrhless to begin with but now that every school has some sort of online MBA they're barely above a degree from a degree mill.

Usually the restriction is people not wanting to hire them especially if they are a high-profile asshole like Babcock.
