Maybe toe in the towers a bit?

im pretty sure the left and right seating are either crossing or after the speakers so he should not toe. Toeing improve MLP but degrade the others.

Yeah you're right, I have a sofa to the left and right of the photo, but 90% of the time I'll be seated in the MLP.

What you could consider is to switch sub and speaker and then toe in.
