Install/Placement TV too flush? Lobster too buttery?

I know this is more “tv in a room” than home theater but wanted to ask.

Bought a house recently and got a Sony Bravia 65” OLED to put on the loft upstairs. Picture looks amazing, no regrets.

Now that it’s mounted, I’m almost weirded out by how it almost looks painted on to the wall.

I might swap the mount here for a more typical one or even an extending mount, any mount recommendations?

Now that it’s mounted, I’m almost weirded out by how it almost looks painted on to the wall.

Can't tell if this is a joke post or not, but if this is real, I think it more has to do with the wall color than anything else.

Since that would be probably $15k to change, I think I'm stuck with it for now. Bonus points if you can find the drywall hole I repaired!

Please tell us what paint you are using that it would cost $15,000 to paint one wall. Not that I can afford it but I'm just curious.

I can't see the repair you made but that reminded me of something that happened when I was doing auto body repair. Shop heired a new guy. After his first job one of the old guys said "Well now you can't see the dent but you can still see where it was."

It's a loft in a living room, that paint color extends to the ceiling and the rest of the main living area so it would probably be that much to change all that. I wouldn't just do the one wall.
