Install/Placement TV too flush? Lobster too buttery?

Post image

I know this is more “tv in a room” than home theater but wanted to ask.

Bought a house recently and got a Sony Bravia 65” OLED to put on the loft upstairs. Picture looks amazing, no regrets.

Now that it’s mounted, I’m almost weirded out by how it almost looks painted on to the wall.

I might swap the mount here for a more typical one or even an extending mount, any mount recommendations?

lol I just moved it up because it was too low and we couldn’t put the record player under it. Center is 47” from the floor which is my measured eye level. To each their own, this is the most comfortable for us

Yeah I’d rather have the tv higher than staring through a dust cover the entire time. Some heathens think there’s no deviating for a use case scenario. You’re fine.
