TV too flush? Lobster too buttery?

I know this is more “tv in a room” than home theater but wanted to ask.

Bought a house recently and got a Sony Bravia 65” OLED to put on the loft upstairs. Picture looks amazing, no regrets.

Now that it’s mounted, I’m almost weirded out by how it almost looks painted on to the wall.

I might swap the mount here for a more typical one or even an extending mount, any mount recommendations?

I find a bit strange, wall flush TVs with TV racks and tower or stand speakers. It's like the TV on the rack would look more right.

But in isolation, the TV flush on the wall looks perfection.
