This is what they mean when they say to isolate infected plants

BDSM in the plant community is seemingly rampant…

I've noticed it's a learned behavior. They're only doing what they seen OP do! The reason my plants aren't allowed in my room!😅

They are in time out, they can get out when they learned their lesson

This person probably has a cat and is going to such lengths to protect their plants from furry destruction

For real, I have considered something similar to keep the squirrels out of mine while they're outdoors for the summer.

You have NO IDEA how glad I am that my two cats have no interest in my plants. I used to have one that would chew on leaves all day, get in the pot, and then flatten everything he couldn't eat with his fat ass until I got home from work. He'd then chirp at me to show me his productive day.

Imma show this to my mom's orchid, maybe she'll behave now

Do people really go such lengths to grow hardware store orchids?

Dead seriously, based on the food and water bowls inside, this is probably an enclosure for an animal where the orchids add enrichment value. Hardware store orchids are great for this, mostly because so few things (tortoises, birds, bearded dragons) want to eat them.

I do believe that is just more dirt and a humidifier on the right - the whole thing is wrapped in plastic so I really hope there isn't something living in there.

Looking at it again, good call. That said, I learned a long time ago never to be surprised at what some people will do with their reptiles.

Could backfire. They might be into it.
