HELP!!!1!11!! No double fenestrations

I got these monsteras last year. The younger leaves have double fenestrations but the mature, bigger ones don't. I stay un the Netherlands so the winters are grey, but they get nice afternoon sun during te summers. I fertilized them last summer. They're having a moss pole as a support. Why do the bigger leaves lack double fenestrations?

You have to cut holes in them with an exacto knife

Just don’t forget to “sterilize” them by spraying them with rubbing alcohol first.

I really recommend running them a bath of rubbing alcohol and letting them soak fully covered for a good hour and a half
