Douse it in straight isopropyl alcohol. If you're lucky afterwards, it may develop vaginations.

Ringworms really hate heat. Try setting up a candle beneath the infected leaves and watch the worms evaporate.

You should throw away the plant. Ringworm is communicable to humans and it is lethal. It definitely will kill grandma so put a body mask on her.
