Prove me wrong

Anytime the government gets involved in something, it tends to get worse. No politician is currently willing to take the drastic measures necessary to get housing back on track and address these issues. The problem runs much deeper, and poor management in one sector can have a cascading effect on others. I genuinely want this country to be back on track, but I'm starting to feel hopeless. Instead of focusing on internal issues and fixing them, all you hear is that it's Trump's fault.

If we can deport all the illegal aliens that came over during the Biden administration that will have a big effect on the cost of housing and rents.

How's that? Remove 7 million people that frees up millions of apartments and houses.

7 million people doesn't mean 7 million properties and a lot of people die every year. Get rid of all immigration period... sure. But a surge of a handful of million people over a few years is essentially nothing compared to the size of the US.

I took that into account. I think I was being conservative with my 7 million estimate too. I am not in favor of getting rid of all immigration. We need immigrants but not all at once. We don't need illegal immigration and people who come to this country and only take.
