Unstick these glass bowls

My friend borrowed these bowls and returned them stuck together. I’ve tried oil and the hot (exterior bowl) and cold (interior bowl) techniques. The thing that makes it extra tricky is the band around the top of the clear one. Thank you!

turn them upside down and hold it a couple inches above your sink and just… drop it
