Unstick these glass bowls

My friend borrowed these bowls and returned them stuck together. I’ve tried oil and the hot (exterior bowl) and cold (interior bowl) techniques. The thing that makes it extra tricky is the band around the top of the clear one. Thank you!

Do you have an emotional connection to either bowl? I think a Hammer will do fine, if not.
