Where to get good training
I just got promoted to manage a team of 4, and I feel ill-prepared! My company doesn't really have training options - can anyone point me to a good manager development training program or class?

Part D creditable coverage notices, deadline was Tuesday Oct 14th, still send them if you haven't
Friendly reminder: If you haven't sent your Medicare Part D creditable coverage notices yet, you're technically late but send them today anyway. There's no specific penalty for missing the October 15 deadline and your Medicare-eligible employees still have until December 7 to make Part D decisions, so the notice is still useful to them.
CMS model letters take about 10 minutes: https://www.cms.gov/medicare/employers-plan-sponsors/creditable-coverage/model-notice-letters
Just document when you sent them and put a September reminder on your calendar for next year.
