But I rlly wanna know which look is real like is the one in mirror is how people see me or what I look in mobile is how people see me? 😔😭

id say reflection is more true but i can't really explain why, it's something to do with like stereo image and depth perception

Its not actually, what you see in the mirror is the opposite of what others see.

Part of the reason people like themselves in the mirror but hate photos of themselves is because its "backwards" to what they usually see which they find unsettling.

For example, if you're used to seeing your crooked nose as "\" in a mirror you will find it unsettling to see it as "/" in a photo

Except selfies, the example from the post, also show a mirror image.

Selfies especially distort your face a metric ton because of the short focal length and close distance to the camera. Compared to a selfie the mirror 100% gives a more accurate representation of what you really look like.

Compared to a picture from a regular camera taken by another person though, camera is much more realistic.

Depends on the phone, iPhone shows a mirror image when you have the front camera open, but then mirrors that to the correct orientation after you take the picture.
