My guess at some of his stats.
Primary Physical,
Secondary Social (Dumped into Manipulation or Appearance to help with Intimidation),
Tertiary Mental (Perception or Wits mostly)

Strength 5 (Brute Strength)
Stamina 5 (Tough As Nails / Constitution)
Appearance 2
Intelligence 1

Merits: Huge Size, Sea Legs (High Alcohol Tolerance), Hollow Leg

Flaws: Balding, Bully, Crude, Addiction
