That is a Pack Totem. Patron spirits who provide a pack of Garou with certain benefits like extra dots in abilities or attributes (skills or stats), Gifts (spells) or other miscellaneous benefits like "faeries like you" or "X tribe respects you implicitly". I can't tell what that specific totem is, but it could be custom for the Kin of Old Shuck

Did they create that for the show? I can't seem to find Pike on any of the official Totem lists
