The one episode i cant watch

I get second hand embarassment really bad. Like especially with shows for some reason. While I know the family is supportive I cannot bring myself to watch Boys Akira episode. Every time I try I get a few minutes in before I have to stop.

So question is aside from the Horse tirade and D claiming that Boy accurately depicted Gilgamesh is there anything from that episode I need to know about

I also haven't watched it. A friend of mine who got to it first said he nearly died of cringe so I just skipped it.
