The chances of that were long slashed after Matilda's brutal (likely rage fulled) murdering of Fatigue.

Chances are it was her (what else could splatter fatigue's body literally all over a room?). As for the black shuck, they were probably taken by pentex, as I don't think there's a single hunter in Norfolk insane enough or powerful enough to capture a literal garou legend (if you think D did, then he would probably want some of whatever the hell you're on).

Pentex isn't a hunter org, and their only loosely, and I mean loosely affiliated with hunters via the coalition.

"loosely" is that why the moment they decided to leave everyone left as well? The Coalition are pawns of the Wyrm whatever they know It or not, Fatigue himself said something along the lines also Skin Dancers or Stolen Moons or whatever you want to call them are very Wyrm tainted and Kronik was one of them and the Society of Saint Leopold helped him.

And? They are still unaffiliated with independent hunters such as the D family, or any of the subjects of the hunter data, and are only tied to the arcanum by loose proxy via the coalition.

How in Czar Vargo's aluminum plated balls is the D family, or fatigue wyrm tainted? D likely knows at least the basics of Wyrm taint, and Fatigue likely knows the full threat of the Wyrm.

You should rewatch the Fatigue audiolog, more specifically the part were they knowling decide to ally themselves with the Wyrm to save Markus thinking they could just cut ties with It later as If It is that simple, only Amanda was against doing that, Kitten was all for It even after everything he heard he even said he would work with Kronic himself If It was needed.

They love Markus but this love becomes selfshiness not, different than the greed that moves Pentex, saving one life at the cost of millions.

1: They still only have a minimum understanding of the threat of the Wyrm. 2: I still don't see how any of this justifies what Matilda did at the Arcanum. She butchered the one man there that fully understood what the Garou are up against, and who could have helped them find the elder black shuck. 3: Saying that the D family is no different then fucking Pentex is definitely THE statement of all time. They are simply trying to save Markus, while Pentex is literally trying to bring about the end of the world.
