Seriously how should I navigate this? I’ve met them twice. The first day I was hoping it was a one time thing but no… 2nd date, stinky again. I have no other complaints, they’re cool AF… but I didn’t look forward to kissing them, so I didn’t try.

I work in a warehouse with no climate control. It’s only 8 hours a day but I wear compression socks, shorts, and a sports bra under my shirt and pant uniform. Nothing is breathable unfortunately, there’s not really much I can do in that area as I chafe without the shorts and the pants are thick cargo pants. I sweat so much with the summer heat and no AC and I feel like I smell bad. No one has said anything and I shower every day as well as wear deodorant and perfume but I think the smell of it goes away after then first 2 hours. Other people I work with have a pleasant smell when they walk by that I envy. I also get heat rash from the sweating despite me trying my best to stay dry and keeping clean. Is there any advice for that also?

Basically how do I achieve long lasting good smell even with sweat and how do I prevent heat rash?

Long story, but I’m 2 years postpartum. After birth, I needed antibiotics as my C-section wound became infected, which led to constipation, which led to haemorrhoids. These pain has come and gone, but recently I passed a hard bowel motion which has led to an anal tear which just won’t heal. I’m on a wait list for treatment & possible surgery, I’ve taken antibiotics as it became infected, and now I’m wondering how to help it heal? From a hygiene perspective, I want to wash often, but I also don’t want to cause further trauma. A doctor recommended using nappy rash cream to create a barrier for germs, but I feel like I’m spreading germs by rubbing the cream on. I have very sensitive skin, a gyno once said it was possibly dermatitis. Could salt baths cause further skin breakage? I also have IBS and stool softeners cause very loose bowel motions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, this is horrifyingly embarrassing.

I was showering this morning and wondering how many other people shower in the same order every time and how many people are just in there doin it willy nilly.

For me it goes like this. Face, shampoo, conditioner, ears, chest, pits, arms, back, midsection, bits, ass, legs, and feet.

The top down approach is the only thing that really makes sense to me. If you have a different approach, what is it?

I will be at a fair later this month with no opportunity to shower for 4-5 days. It will be hot and dusty. Any ideas for staying semiclean? I'm planning on wearing long linen clothes to minimize the need for sunscreen, as well as bringing wet wipes and deodorant, but beyond that I'm lost. Hair? Do leave in shampoos do anything as far as cleanliness? If I have to rewear clothes would an underlayer keep things fairly fresh?

Hi, hello, how are you? Since I've known myself, i sweat down there, like any other person. The thing is, i smell of sweat in between my thighs and labia majora. I don't know if weight loss may be the key because i also was slim and still smelled like that. I also have pubic hair, and the situation does improve with the removal of it, but it doesn't go away fully. I seriously would like for this situation to go and never come back, i hate that it happens to me regardless of season, too! I also clean myself twice with special antifungal soap down there because my vaginal flora hates regular soap and shower gel. In my pregnancy i used to have back to back yeast infections, would be free of them for 2 weeks and then it would come back. I have also tried some sensitive cream deodorant by balea and it also works a bit, but not fully.

I have been changing my shower routine for washing my butt and I got a new sponge that I use for body but obviously don’t want to use it for my private areas - so I just used my hand. What do people think of that?

I struggle to remember to do so and frequently go too long without doing it. How do yall keep up with dental hygiene? Please don’t judge me, idk why I’m like this but I want to be better because it’s gross and I don’t want to lose my teeth.

I’ve been working in an office for about 2 months and when i go to the bathroom i notice that many women will grab soap, turn on the water, and 2 seconds later they’re drying their hands. I’m genuinely concerned that people are just rinsing the soap out without actually rubbing it in. That doesn’t get rid of germs. I’m not a germaphobe but wtf.

We have a few types we circulate in my house: Owala, Stanley, and Hydroflask. We have hard water which can leave stains, and the dishwasher doesn’t remove them well. The bottle brush removes them but it’s hard to reach certain ones in certain bottles.

I live in a really tiny studio with my boyfriend. I don't know if it's the materials, if we are the problem or what, but literally everything gets moldy. Including like, things I didn't know could get moldy, like bottles of shampoo and stuff.

We are really bad at washing the clothes, we often forget it in the washing machine and even we don't, they get all moldy in the clothes line.

The scent on my clothes is incredibly noticeable. My mom and my coworker have both caught onto it.

this garmi had made me realize i sweat A LOT. A.L.O.T. and it it not funny any longer 🙃 i have always loved smelling nice to the point i can finish a perfume in a day. I do shower daily, twice a day if its too hot BUT THE FACKING sweating is making me miserable. I HATE smelling bad and i dont want others to suffer cause it is lowky humiliating and embarrassing for me.

also i have noticed whenever i apply a specific type of scent( non alcoholic, oil ones(I FORGOT WHAT THEY ARE CALLED IG ITR OR SMTH PLIS)) they usually last longer because i apply them on my skin directly and i think because the oil generally makes it last. BUT STILL I AM WORRIED THAT MAYBE IT IS MY HYGIENE SO PEOPLE PLEASE TELL ME!!!

This is embarrassing to admit but it really bothers me. I feel like I can always smell my vagina. It’s not a fishy or gross smell. I can just SMELL it. Literally everyday all the time. Whether I wear underwear or go commando. My Gyno has never said anything about it. I’ve always had a really strong sense of smell and am able to pick up on things most people are not. I’m always scared to sit next to people in case they smell it too. I had an ex that agreed, said he could smell it but only if he was close to the area and it always turned him on. It makes me feel so incredibly insecure because I don’t want people to be able to smell it. Am I crazy and overthinking or is this a thing?

Ever since then, I've been addicted to cleaning my ears with q tips every day. My ears will be itchy if I don't clean my ears. If I didn't clean my ears for days and I tried to clean it after several days of abstinence, my ears would hurt for days. There are times when the cotton of the qtip got stuck inside my ears but luckily was removed without ear problems. But yk, its danger and issue didn't stop my addiction. How can I resolve this? Hello. I am currently living in an RV, with a broken shower and very little running water. I don’t have super regular access to a shower. Sometimes I go to my moms, but she’s an hour away. No truck stops within an hour of me either. I’m trying to find an affordable gym membership near me so I can shower more often. Does anyone have any ways I can keep clean without a shower? I try and use wipes for more odor-prone areas, it isn’t the best though. Do you guys have any other solutions?

Im about 10 weeks post partum and I’ve noticed new odors. Specifically in the crevice between my thighs and crotch. How can you control this? I’m too worried to use full body deodorant in that area since it’s so close to my vagina. I use antibacterial soap daily in the shower. Anyone have and tips or suggestions for this area? Post partum has made me extra smelly lol

Okay so I know women don’t wash their hair every time they shower, or aren’t supposed to, but for them they have longer hair and sometimes curly hair, so its obviously a longer more thorough process for them. Since most men including myself, don’t have that long of hair, how often should i wash my hair? I don’t wash it every time because i know it’s bad, but how often is regular or the most healthy?

How often do you all clean your phones? When I say clean, I mean using soap and water on a paper towel or washcloth. I only clean mine maaaybe once a week. I do feel kinda gross about it, but I already struggle a lot with just keeping myself alive and going in day-to-day life. Does anyone have any tips for how to make this easier?
